I couldn't be more thankful for this Discount Tire location! I've only ever had great experiences in the past, and in recently moving to Greeley, this was a new location for me to go to. I got the tires I wanted at an excellent price and customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. This team, especially Aaron, went out of his way to help me with my car tires and get me safely back on the road as quickly as possible. I definitely won't be going anywhere else!

The employees are kind and knowledgeable enough. However, I made an appointment just to get my tires rotated. Walked in and had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to get to the counter to help the line of customers. Then waited an hour just for them to get my car into the bay! The whole point of making the appointment was to be in and out 😒

Long review coming, but trust me it’s worth it. I was a victim of the nail/screw spill on 34 and was in need of 3 tires and each one had multiple nails/ screws in each. Called these guys and they didn’t have the tire I was looking for. But Brett told me over the phone that they had another option within the same brand. (Did some research before showing up and they are actually better) Not only was the customer service here literally incredible, they answered all my ridiculous questions and let me use their pliers to pull out some evidence in case I find a culprit lol. Brett answered the phone and was the nicest ever. The guy who checked me out, I think his name was Ben, was just as nice and was super patient with me as I tried to figure out payment methods/ options since this was all so sudden. Price was super competitive. Over $300 less than what 3 other local shops quoted me. Then as they were doing the work, I expressed how severe my concern was for my wheels (I bought a new car recently and I’m hyper protective) and Gabriel pulled me into the bay and walked me through every step they take and how each machine worked and took the most care with my wheels and let me watch it all.

I bought tires here last summer and this winter I started getting a slow (very slow) leak. I pulled into Discount because my pressure light came on. I thought it was just the extreme change in temperatures. They have a stattion for getting your tires checked that doesn't require you getting out of your car or getting in line. They checked and aired my tires. Their reader keeps track of your visit so when I came back a month later with a low air warning the tech asked me if I wanted to get it changed. I didn't have time just then so he aired the tire and told me it needed to get changed asap. It was really hot the other day and the light came back on. I got worried because of the heat so I pulled in and they met me at my car, got my information and let me sit in my car while I waited. Turned out i had a new hole right next to the original tiny leak. They couldn't fix it and I needed a new tire. Since I bought the tire there and it was under warranty it only cost $16. I was out in less than an hour. I absolutely love the service and services offered at Discount Tire

Ive taken both of my cars here for the last 2 years. For the most part they've been good enough albeit on the expensive side, so long as I've given them the wheels already removed from the car as they cannot mount wheels without cross threading at least one stud. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt multiples times on mistakes they’ve made, only mounting 3 tires and charging me for all 4, recommending me tires that they couldn’t mount to my wheels, never notifying me my vehicle was ready, etc. However my most recent experience of them destroying one of my center caps and partially bending 2 others, then implying that I had destroyed them prior to coming in and making no effort to take accountability has made sure I will never be returning.
